Ordering Online
Ordering online from Chlorine is easy and secure. Simply select the item(s) that you want and continue through the checkout and confirmation process. We use the latest encryption technology so you can be sure that your information is secure.
Payment Options
Chlorine of Los Angeles accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will only be charged to California residents.
Gift Certificates
During the checkout process be sure to enter the gift certificate number in the payment section. If your order is less than the total amount of your gift certificate you will maintain an account balance with the remainder. Should the total order amount be more than the value of your gift certificate, you will need to enter credit card information for the balance.
Shipping Information
Order Shipment
Chlorine ships orders from Los Angeles via UPS, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed during a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day. Orders generally ship within one business day. A standard mailing address is required; we cannot ship to PO boxes.
International Orders
We are only able to ship to U.S. mailing addresses at this time.
Packing
All orders will be packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. The item will be wrapped in tissue paper and then stored in a plastic bag to protect from the elements.
Expedited Shipping Cost
We are able to expedite your order for an additional charge. The rates below are based on receiving your order by 11:00 A.M. EST. Orders received after this time will generally add one additional day to process.

Returns and Exchanges
Please keep in mind that the handbags and accessories on the Chlorine web site are vintage pieces. We are selective and thorough in refurbishing each handbag but it is typical for vintage items to show some wear.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept your item for return for store credit only. Please send us your unused purchase in its original packaging including invoice within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please note we do not reimburse for shipping costs incurred. If we feel that the merchandise has been handled improperly and is not in the same condition as it went out then we will not be able to issue store credit and your item(s) will be returned to you. We recommend insuring and obtaining tracking information for your package, as we will not be held responsible for items that we do not ship.
